Now that RI Governor Gina Raimondo has mandated distance learning for the remainder of the year, the next question from many of you is now about sports.  Although the Governor did not directly answer the question about Youth Sports in her press conference on Thursday April 23rd, we will continue to monitor the guidelines from Little League, the State, and the City as we plan for baseball.  It is the hope of the WNLL Board that baseball will be played this summer.  

 

As we previously reported, Little League has postponed the start of the season until May 11.  As we move closer to May 11, we will continue to update our families as we are provided more guidance.
